Clutch wont disengage?

After installing a new clutch into my car I ran into one problem, the clutch does not fully disengage. The only thing I could think of was to tighten the bolt on the bellhousing to give the fork some more travel but that did not help. Any ideas as to what may be causing this would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem when I swapped to a manual tranny. Took two weeks to figure it out. In the end I replaced the hydraulic assembly, but jegs.com sells an adjustable pivot ball. It is designed to be adjustable just for theis reason. Changes where the fork pivots for more travel. You can also shim the push rod for a quick fix. This sometimes works, but not recomended for permanent use. I went through everything to fix mine, so if you have any questions let me know. Can probably help. Try the adjustable pivot ball. It's not expensive.
