Hi Guys

I have a 3.23 posi and a regular 3.23 in the car. Is it possible to just swap over the posi carrier gear and bearings to the non posi rearend in the car all things being equal?

I am hoping I can aviod a complete rearend swap.

as long as you're swapping carriers from same type rears, 10 bolts 7.5/7.62 ring gears and the axle splines match you sure can. just swap the ring gear to the new carrier (making sure you have right series) and check back lash and contact pattern.

Thanks Ede. What is the best way to identify the type of ring gears I have? If possible, I would like to verify the ratio as well.
