HELP!!! Strange 10 bolt rear end noise

Car: for now my Jeep while im building my Camaro
Engine: building a 350 with about 440HP and 450lb
Transmission: W.C. T-5 dont know how it will hold up..
HELP!!! Strange 10 bolt rear end noise
well it makes a clunking noise in the back when ever I back up and turn and some times when im turning into a parking space. it seems to only do this at low speeds what could it be. here are a few things I think it oculd be.
1. posi locking prematurly
2. rear end just needs service
3. its about to go and has turned into a peace of ****???
note: its an 89 IROC with T5 and 305
