Just performed a carb swap on my 305 TBI Camaro and the TV cable adjustment button will not depress. I have tried applying pressure with a screwdriver and it still won't adjust.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Sounds like your cable is old and worn out, if it was me I would just buy a new cable, They don't cost that much and not that hard to install.

 

Probably gonna have to buy a new one. Just trying to limit the amount of work I do on the car at the apartment complex, they are already not happy about my carb swap. lol
