Engine: 5.8L 355

Transmission: T-5 5-speed

3:73 Gears in 89Z?????

I wanna put a set of Richmond 3:73's in my 89 IROC, and I'm goin too..I just want to know if it will mess with my speedo readings, and if so what do I do to fix it???? Also I have a clicking noise coming from the left front tire, and I know its not the tire making the noise, do you have any Idea what that might be?
