Which type of Borg Warner 5 speeds came on an 89 Camaro? Is that the T-5?
I saw this for sale: "BW 5 speed from an 89 Camaro" Were there more than 1 type of Borg Warners 5 speeds sold with 89 Camaros? Would this tranny bolt right into my 77 Camaro orginally equiped with a saginaw but now has a 4 speed muncie that keeps blowing? I don't mind changing yokes or splines or even modifying the floor opening, but I really don't want to do extensive modifications...
Any comments would be appreciated.

Yes it would be a T-5.
That depends strongly on whether the 89 trans is a 6-cyl or a V8 unit; and what splines and stuff your 77 uses (same sort of application info).
I don't think any of them is quite a direct swap-in.

Thanks for your response.
The 89 came off a V6 my 77 is a V8 350.
I wonder if I would be better off getting a Super T-10 - I saw one that came off a 75 Vette.
What do you think?

Neither the clutch gear splines nor the output shaft splines of a 6-cyl T-5 will hook up to your V8 77.
The T-10 would be a better idea. It still might not fit directly; but at least you'd be spending money upgrading your car to get it in there, rather than spending money to deliberately downgrade it.
