Engine: 350
Transmission: Turbo 350
speedo went **** up

ok well my speedo went **** up tonight, ive got a spare set of gears for the tranny, which i know is wahts wrong. but when i unbolt the one on the tranny will atf leak out, if so im just gonna wait and do it at auto shop at school,

nope...it shouldn't leak...there is a seal there that will prevent that...unless it is bad as well....even then it won't leak much at all.

Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
It will leak when you pull the sending unit out or the tailshaft off; if it doesn't, it means you're very low on fluid...

it will leak some fluid, not for long though, just dont be under it when you pull the housing

ok so the invertor broke off the needle inside he gears, so i poped in new gears, it was off by about 10mph, so i swapped the other gears back in, they seemed to work, but they ended up not working, so now i have to go order a new invertor from GM which costs 53.99.

and yes it does leak tranny fluid.
