Auto to T-5
I started to swap the auto for the 5 speed. Ichanged out the pedals and mounted the reservior. I like to plan things out and I read the auto to manual conversion. My question is not seeing how a manual bolts up around the tail shaft - I'm not sure if I have all the parts or not. Does anybody have any pics of what it should look like or any words of wisdom!!!!. The car is an 82 Z28 with a 350 and hopped up tranny. Also the car has headers -- will that cause me any problems. Thanks

yep thats the torque arm, you do need the part that bolts to the tranny from a 5 speed trans, the auto one doesnt work. I believe that you can get a polyurethane one, it works much better than the stock rubber one.
