2 weeks ago right when i got back to school, a firend caught me online nad said, hey you gotta see this , ill be over ina few... then picked me up in his C4.... nice ride, its an 85 corvette, he said it has 260 i think.... i know its a tpi engine cause he popped hte hood... so he took me for a ride, and it feels QUICK.. but i don't think it feels all that much quicker than my car woudl with some lower gears... i ahve 2.73's now.... what are the chances if i put in 3.23's with a LSD that i could even compete? could i off the line but then never keep up cause he has more power up top in the RPM's or what? the C4 is stock other than drop in K& N's....

i have a 90 camaro RS. 305 TBI, with a drop in K & N and a 3" Flowmaster Catback... otherwise stock...

will gears put me up there? what would i need to do?

help me beat him now that he said his car could whoop my ***, lol
