t-5 tourque arm mount

Is it different than the 700r4. I am doing the swap next week, I noticed on another thread some one mentioned soemthign about it. Do I have to buy a different bushing or something for a t-5 then auto, I had a brand new pollyurthane bushing for an auto trans i was gonan try to put in.

The bushing is the same. The bracket (where it bolts to the tranny) is very different.

I just ordered new bushings from Hawks. The torque arm mount has a good picture of it. Should do my swap in a couple of weeks.

would the braket from a v6 t5 work? are they the same. Also how about the shifters from the v6 t5?

Yes, brackets and shifters from a V6 T5 will work on a V8 trans.

thanks alot guys... the boneyard has a v6 t-5 car i was alittle weary of getting stuff off it, I want sure if the case sizes were different or not.
