When is it normal for your torque convertor to lock up? My convertor locks up in third gear at different rpms depending on throttle even at WOT. I was wondering if this is normal. Also sometimes with my tranny isn't warmed up or the car is running hot the trans will miss it 2-3 shift it does slip just goes to shift and misses so the motor rev high. I just let off the throttle and it goes into gear. Any ideas on whats cause it would be great. thanks.
