No offense, but I really don't feel like typing a bunch
. I (and others) have made quite extensive posts/replies about this in the past. It's all out there, just do a search

I did a search!!! no where could I find any thing that specific. just abunch of how to hook it up posts. sorry you feel you won't type "#1=off, #2=off rest on till you test drive and calculate speedo calibration"
maybe I should quit retyping all my post time and time again when I see you asking a very simple question. (I guess why did you wast your time even replying at all?) keep in mind t56 will not work with search eng. so you have to write very specific which does not work very well. It gets me how you can be such a jerk to write something like that! I only wanted to recheck my setup but you must be too good for that

Have you tried to search for SGI5? That should work, and will give you lots of threads on the subject. As for which switches on or off, that really depends on your speedo calibration.
if I remember correctly, switches 1 and 2 define how the signal is convereted, and the rest are the calibration. It's been a while since I messed with mine, but here is a pic I posted on of the many threads on this exact subject

the thread is
https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=180665
BTW, if you do ask a question, and someone tells you to search for it, don't reply with nasty comments. Nobody will want to help you. Just search for different things, and take the time to filter through the search results.

WOW
.
I wasn't sure if you were aware that there exists MANY MANY a post/reply about this exact subject that likely already answered your question... I had no idea you had performed exhaustive searches prior to this and were at your wits end.
I'll just watch you sink next time I guess
.
BTW, 1101000100 when I had 3.42s..... Haven't recalibrated since the 3.73s.

thanks alot. thats all I asked even more . it just pisses me off when people spend so much time telling people to use the search button when they can just do what you just did.
