hey guys i am about to buy a 2800rpm stall Vig off a buddy of mine from his 96 Z28, will it fit my 86 LB9 700R4 combo? i know there are a few subtle differences between 700R4 trannies thru the years but i am not positive what all they were. can anyone tell me if i am gonna have any problems or is it gonna bolt right up? thanks again guys!

 

Yes, it should fit no problems. 84 1/2 and up 700R4's have the 30 spline output shaft.
