what clutch?

I want to swap a stock 1988 IROC L98 into a 1990-1992 5speed Z28, I already have the motor. First, will the BW 5speed hold up, and second, whats a good clutch to fit it with?
Thanks Nate

yes the trans will hold up jsut dont dump the clutch at every stop light or make like 20 passes with slicks everytime you take it to the track and it should be fine. I am running a centerforce dual friction now I love it, alittle expensive, But I havent had any problems with it. I hear the spec clutches are pretty good too. Its mostly preference.
