Auto to t-5 swap Help

I started my swap from auto to t-5. When I went to put on the flywheel it was not the right one. My 82 Z has a pre 86 350 - so people tell me by the flange on the crank. My question is that the clutch and pressure plate fits the flywheel that I have (2" center hole - 3" bolt pattern - 12.75" dia) but if I get a flywheel with the 2 1/2" center and 3 5/8" bolt pattern will this clutch and pressure plate work or will they have to change also. And do I need a 153 or 168 thooth flywheel??? For a job that was to be easy -- not. Any thoughts -- I have been reading this forum for a couple of months now and this is a great place for info. Thanks.
