4th gen posi unit interchange question

i have access to a fourth gen posi unti with 3.23 gears will this unit fit in my birds rear end? i can get it for free along with the rear disc brakes from a 98 z28.

The posi unit will fit, but you will need 28 spline axles if you don't have them already. The rear discs won't fit without modifications.
