Help Clutch will not disengage

My problem is that my clutch in not disengaging. The piston in the slave cylander moves like 3/4-1 inch and according to haynes this is correct. All of the hydrolics are new. The clutch is ghetto rigged as of right now.It is a hayes plate and throw out bearing with the disc for a 6cyl car. I couldn't get ahold of an 8 cyl trans and got a 6cyl trans for 50 bucks. I am just trying to get the car on the road right now so I don't need to hear about how it is ghetto rigged. I really just need to know what will caues the clutch not to disengage even when the slave cylander moves enough.

I am pretty sure it is in right. I tried to install it wrong I really did but the tranny wouldn't slide in so I looked it up in the book and put it in right. The only other thing I can think of is that I managed to bend the disc or something. I just really do not like the idea of pulling the tranny AGIAN to fix it AGIAN (this would be the 4th time the trans will have to come out.
