Engine: just put in 305 building a 406 ci
Transmission: 700 R-4
help with traction......
I own a 1991 camaro RS and i have a SB 400 ci 4 bolt main with
.30 flat top pistons, a small cam, world sports men II heads
2.02" in and 1.60" exh stock corvett 4 bbl intake, and a 4 bbl edelbrock carb.
im haveing traction problems
i have a 1986 z28 rear end i dont know what size gears it has and a 700 R4 trany and i cant stop the tires form burnig out i can burn threw all 4 gears if i dont let off the gas help me....
i need help with what rear end and what size of gears i should get also, suspension up grades and a better tire

im sure alot of ppl with some decent power can burn through all gears, hell i've redlined till top of second until i let off just to lay a fun patch. but that's not the problem, you need the magical thing called traction. Power is nothing with out traction, hell i can build a 3,000 hp engine and drop it in a civic and it would do no good if i couldnt get that power to the groud.
look for suspension up grades and a better tire, mostly a street slick. for suspension talk to spohn about what you need. i dont know much about that stuff really, although i will be doing my suspension build up this winter.
