Torque converters

hi i was wondering if any one had any tips on putting a higher stal speed torque converter on a stock set up ...if so hiw hard s it to take an installed torque converter out of he trans.....

weights around 40 pounds or so, pulls right out of the trans no bolts or anything holding it in, not hard at all.

Axle/Gears: 3.70
To make it easier on yourself... it should be a two man job with a floor jack to lower the tranny. Get the car up in the air and completely disconnect the tranny including the four bolts on the converter to flywheel. Drop the trans to the ground, enough to remove the converter and simply pull off. The new one is pushed on while rotating until it settles in place with 3 clicks. By the way, this is a messy job, the old converter holds a fair amount of fluid. Have fun!
