Terrible at diagnosing noises

I’ve had the annoying throw out bearing squeak before but now I have something completely different with the same solution, disengage the clutch.

It sounds like the PS when you turn the wheel to lock, like a squeal/hiss and when I press the pedal in, it goes away. It doesn’t go away like throw out bearing though, it’s like turning the steering wheel back to center, like it's getting softer until it’s gone.

Am I correct in assuming something in the clutch hydrolics?

Thanks,
Scott
