i know you need a spacer for it to work. but if i got this posi unit from ebay, would i need the spacer still?

Locker
I would go with the second choice (the locker). It apears to be the same unit I have installed in my T/A. The first one looks like it is for a rear with anti-lock brakes and if it is, I wouldn't know about the compatability of it.
I have a locker with the 3:73 and love it. It is awsum and I have no negative side affects. (noise, chatter, wheel hop, etc)
