do the 3.42 rears that are in the v6 camaro/firebirds have limited slip? or are they just the one wheel peelers? thanks.

Mine is an open rear 3.42, 91 V6 manual. Just bought a SLP POSI unit, should be here next week. Not sure if they came POSI, seriously doubt it.

Actually if you jack up the rear so both tires are off the ground you can tell by spinning one wheel and watching which direction the other one spins. Posi will spin both sides the same direction and open will spin them opposite.

I've tried that just the other day with my vehicle, I spun one tire in both directions and both times the other stayed still, I know its an open rear, don't think that method is 100% accurate or maybe you need a friend or something.
