Ooooops!
Ooooops!
So after having to deal with a ****ing annoying *** noise on highway trip about 100 miles to get my *** home, I find out the cause was a blown pinion seal. Now, in a Moser 9" with a clutch posi and noi oil... what kind of damage should I expect from such a trip? I put in a new seal and put oil in it, the noise is quieter, but I have not yet taken it on the highway. Thoughts?

if the pinion was loose in the rear then your looking at a gear set and a carrier. if the trip you took was fairly stright your carrier "might" have survived and yuor bearings will most likely been affected. you wont see it now but you will hear it in about 6 months or so depending on how much you drive the car.
if the pinion wasnt loose at all then you might be looking at a carrier and beaings.
being you hadta pull the rear yoke to install the new seal you could possibly have upset the load setting.

Yeah, this is a PITA because I really don't have any money left to fix anything right now. I am going back to school in a few days, and this is my only car, hence, daily driver. Guess I will just hope it lasts the semester and have it rebuilt when I graduate. I E-mailed Moser and asked what I should look for, they said probably bearing damage and maybe ring gear damage. This thing better last the semester or until I get a break, and it better be cheap! Oh well, guess I will just pray it don't die on me now. THanks.

Like the Moser guys said, expect to replace most (if not all)bearings and the R&P. Have done quite a few of these repairs over the years, caused due to low diff. fluid. You may be able to drive it that way for quite a while (depending upon how bad it currently is), as long as you're easy on it. Avoid hard acceleration and continuous high speeds as much as possible.
