converter recomendations
I wanted to get some stall recomendations, I am getting ready to get my 700r4 rebuilt. It is a 90 5.7, T.P.I. , Crane 2032 cam (270/276 advertised duration 452/465 lift) 1.52 Comp roller tip rockers, l.t. headers, 3.23 rear gears (posi). The trans will have a shift kit and Corvette servo, I figure about 2500 stall, due to the gearing and T.P.I. which I am sticking with both. It is my daily driver, but I do drag race it at the track about three times a month. 2500 sound about right?
Thanks

Yeah, 2,500 is good. Any more and you'd need a taller rear gear. You probably want to consider ported or AM heads soon, and an intake upgrade.
I had a setup just about identical to yours (stock TPI, same cam, same rear gear) and I ran a 2200 stall. I pulled 1.89 60' times while spinning the slicks (stock suspension at that time). Just something to consider.
