drive shaft isn't a big deal, they can be made longer or shorter. it'll bolt right up

the stock ds will fit as long as the th350 has the right (6" i think) tail housing, if not, a driveline shop should be able to shorten it for under 50 or lengthen it for under 100.

it'll bolt up no problem but u'll need a trans swap kit to change the th700r4 to a th350 hurst has a kit #500001 and ur drive shaft will be all rigth if the th350 has a 9" tail housing if it comes with a 6" housing u could probley get away with a driver shaft from an older camaro.

you can just bolt the new stuff in and not worry about any swap kit. my car had the 200c in it and one of the owners before me put a th350 in it with no problem or swap kit and this was about 10-12 yrs ago now.
