Exactly. Inspect the tailshaft bushing while you're there too. Also, make sure the yoke doesn't have any wear spots in it from the seal. If it does replace it with a new or good used yoke, or it will just start leaking again shortly after you replace the seal.

Pull old one out, with seal puller or screwdriver see what works for you, then place the new one needs to be hit into place, make sure you hit it in evenly, via a 2x4.
