NEED HELP!! LS1 swap and have tranny questions
Hey guys, haven't been on here in awhile but have a question. I just purchased a 99' Vette LS1 and am doing the swap to my 87' Iroc. I decided to use my 700R-4 transmission because it is fully race built to handle 650HP and already has a high stall in it and I have a full lifetime warranty 
I love friends, lol. But anyways, I am also doing the 4th gen dash conversion and was wondering if I can buy a VSS for the 700R-4 and convert my cable driven setup to a VSS setup???? Has anyone done this and what all is involved?? Thanks alot for any help

I don't see why it wouldn't work. I mean there are people that are doing the 4th gen dash swap with their 700R4's and T-5's and are using the dakot digital VSS conversion box, I think.
