The 20-95 bracket bolts to the carburator flange over the left rear stud...however, I seem to recall that the offset is wrong. I use a factory GM bracket off of any Carburated LG4 Camaro\Firebird and it works better than the Holley piece.

The 20-40 stud is correct. Edit: There is a projection at the very bottom of the throttle linkage with about a 3\16" hole. You may have to file out the hole slightly to fit the 20-40 stud. Cable goes there and just snaps on stud. You must use a kickdown cable off of an 1982 thru 1986 carburated LG4 car ( FI cable different ). Then it will work.

Here is a picture of my Holley on my 350 motor. Car was origianlly a 1986 LG4. Note the position of the the throttle cable. Just beside where I have my lower throttle return spring located, is where the TV cable stud goes. In fact the stud for the TV cable is still installed...even though I have a 5 speed now.
