Help With an 89 IROC
The stock automatic trans. in my 89 IROC ( 87000 miles) won’t shift into gear until the engine warms up for a while , also u can feel the car shift into gear, I don’t want to slag the trans any help is MUCH appreciated

Engine: L69 w/ TPI on top / 305 4bbl
Transmission: `95 T56 \ `88 200-4R
get a rebuild. with 87k on it, there's no reason to diagnose and fix one item.
