Flywheel

I have an 89 RS with 305 TBI. Also has 5 speed tranny. Question is this: I am about to change out the clutch, thanks to previus owner, and feel the flywheel may need surfaced or replaced. I'd like to have one on hand. What flywheels will work?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

86-92 f-body for sure. A 153 tooth for 1 pc. rear main seal will do it. Some are heavier (30lbs) or so, and some are lighter (~16lbs) with a scallopped edge. The lighter ones are good.

I was swapping in a T56 and accidently bought a lightweight (16 lb) T5 flywheel, and still have it. It's never been used or installed. Gimmie an email at colonboy14@comcast.net if you're interested.
It's GM part # 14088646
