tbi/tpi throttle vavle cable

alright I have a TBI camaro, but I broke my throttle valve cable....I have a throttle valve cable from a TPI camaro that I could use....b ut will I be able to use that cable instead of having to order one for a TBI?

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt 2.77

i would check with a local trans shop. the tv cable is the lifeline on the 700r4 tranny. i had a similar problem when i changed engine and trans. ended up getting the original trans "looked" over and a few goodies installed. no problems there now.
