when i took down th edrive shaft 1 of the caps was stuck on the joint that comes form the rear, all the beraings look fine, the plastic piece is broken that holds them what to do !

 

go to local parts store and pick up a new U-Joint for about $10-$15.

 

so its not use able ,or what ?

 

it might be able to but id just go get a new one unless its a fairly new U-Joint.

 

They always come off. There's nothing holding them on most of the time. The only kind that have something holding them on is when they have a metal link under the clips holding the cups together.

As long as all the rollers are still there, and the trunnion has no grooves from them, re-use it. Grease it if possible. Use one of those cone-shaped tips in your grease gun; leave one cap on; hold the one you leave on with pliers or something, so that its grease seal seals; dose the 3 with the gun; and pack the one you take off by hand.
