91 rs driveshaft

i removed my driveshaft and now i am ready to put it back in are there any special i have to do to it before i can put it back in?

Transmission: 700r4 Highly Modified

Just make sure the shaft that slides into the trans is clean and re-install. Make sure everything is tight.

It may be a good time to replace the universal joints.

Make sure the yokes are lined up in the same plane or else it will be off balance.

the shafts that going to trans and rearend are a little rusty what should i do about that?

How rusty? If it's just light surface rust you should be able to maybe spray some wd-40 on there and wipe it off. It's a pretty smooth surface. Whenever you are going to have something like a driveshaft or transmission out of a car for awhile it's a good idea to put some grease on the shafts because they rust very easily.
