pressure plate flywheel alignment

Engine: ZZ4
Transmission: T5 WC
pressure plate flywheel alignment
I got a new clutch,pressure plate,pilot bearing and throwout bearing. I also got the flywheel resurfaced. My question is does the flywheel and pressure plate have to be aligned a specific way or can I just bolt it right on?
