Rear End Question...Help

I have a question... i need a new rear end for my car. Its a 1984 z28 camaro. Originally came with 305 L69. Does anyone know what rear end came in that car that year, or what variations came with that year/combo if more than one.

I have a oppurtunity to buy a rear end with decent miles, posi, aluminum drums from a 88 camaro that had a 305. The gear ratio is 2.70. Also i heard that aluminum drums may be a issue?

I just need to know if this rear end is wirth getting? considering i have a 350 in it now, will this work and if so how well for those who have more info. I can get this for right around $100.00

Thanks
