T56 trans problems

Anyone ever heard of Weir hot rod products? I bought their bellhousing and hydraulic throwout bearing because the t56 tranny I bought didn't come with a bellhousing. Well I ended up getting everything together and installed. The clutch does not disengage now. I tried bleeding the MC and still nothing...Not sure what I can do.? Anyone have any suggestions on where I can start? I know the TO bearing is moving but I guess not enough...? help!

EDIT: evidentally the stock HD MC is only a 7/8" thick unit and the Weir hydraulic throwout bearing requires a 1" thick unit; would this mean it wasn't fully engaging?

It means it's not disengaging the clutch.

Err, yeah, that's what I meant. The clutch isn't fully disengaging b/c there isn't enough hydro pressure.
