well my trans has done this since i bought it and i figure before i have a local shop test drive it i should ask. Its a rebuilt 700r4 (by original owner)with about 11k on it. Has a 2500 stall in it and a vette servo. This is what the old owner told me anyways.Well the car shifts just fine but if i say push the pedal all the way to the floor from a stop the rpms shoot up and go to about 6000 rpm. i have the tv cable set just how transfixleo stated and even tried the tech article way and it still does it. Trans shifts fine at 50-75%. What happens is there is about a half second lag the rpms shoot up it shifts high. The car seems to be pulling though it just lags for a few. DOnt know what the problem is i can hit it from a 40mph roll and it will shift fien though. Whats the deal?
