Yup with ease. A T56 can be built to handle 650 at the wheels. I have seen stock T56's last with that much power as well. Not the best idea but they get away with it.

I've heard they have a nice T-5 rebuild kit too. And with a few other things to strengthen the case it seems like a T-5 could be built to handle a nice 350 easily.
