Removing plate from tranny mount
So after having my ES polyeurethane tranny mount put on, I started to get a strong vibration while going above 80. I read here that it's because it should be installed without the plate that came with it. Well I crawled under the car today and noticed there are two thin metal plates stacked on top of each other, which both go above the tranny mount. Do I just remove one, or both? Any one think this is a good idea?
Thanks!

On the ES instructions it in big bold type the plate is to put preload on the mount. I tink if you take it out it will be too soft anfd you will put alot of stress on the bellhousing and may crack it. (see thread bad trans mount)
