I have a '91 RS and a friend of mine is building me a 350 that will be crankin out about 475 horsepower. What transmission would you recommend for this motor. I would like to stay with an automatic because i don't have time to do all the work putting a standard in.

Pro, I see the 700R4 Street/Strip Transmission cost 2x more then the TH350 Street/Strip Transmission.
Is the 700R4 alot better tranny then the TH350 ?
The TH350 is a 3 speed I think. Not sure. Is the 700R4 a 4 speed ?
Will the 700R4 have less horsepower loss to the rear wheels then the TH350 ?
I'm looking for a good tranny. But I dont know much. But tring to read all I can.
