TH350 Crapped out. TC or Tranny?
Here's the story. put the th350 in one of my camaros. Dipstick came loose on the freeway and dumped out a lot of fluid. Noticed this when I got to a gas staion and it wouldn't move unless I stomped on the gas. Filled up the tranny and got it home. about a mile.
Fixed the dipstick and filled it back up. Still wouldn't go into gear. Got on the gas a little to try and pump up some of the fluid and it went into gear. I was like cool and checked fluid again. Topped it off and tried to drive it. Went into gear ok tried ot back up and it started to move then slipped a bunch then moved the slipped then died. Now it won't go into gear at all. I can put it in drive and stomp on the gas, nutin. So I pulled the tranny lines at the cooler and started the car. Not a drop from the lines. Does this sound like a front pump, clutch packs, or the TC? My guess is pump since the lack of fluid gushing from the lines. But I wasn't sureif a bad TC could cause this too.

Forward clutches and low/reverse clutches are probably burnt. Check the fluid level in Park before and after starting the engine. Fluid level should be lower with the engine running if the pump is working.
