will a v6 t5 swap out on a v8 bellhousing. in a 88 camaro.

It will fit, but you won't have much useful. The V6 trannies are not built the same internally as the V8 t-5's fom what I've been told. You probably need the World Class t-5 if you've built up a 350 any. Just be advised GM didn't think they were stronger enough to ever offer them on a V8 other than the 305. You can do a search to see how to identify which model you've got, I'm running one of those on my383 SuperRam right now.

thanks, i can find plenty of v6 trannys for cheap . but the v8 trannys are real hard to find here in ala. but i will get a v8 tranny.
