I have a 355 TPI which im siwtching to carb....I have a 700R4 in it now....im eliminating the computer and all the bull**** pain in the *** wires....except for the ones on the trans....thats where my question comes in.....what do i need to do with these wires to keep my trans from burning up? I know B&M makes a kit but its too much money right now and i want to drive my car....can I wire a switch to keep the converter from locking up or whatever....i dont know that much about auto transes....if anyone knows which wire (color) id appreciate it....the options are green, yellow, 2 purples and a tan with a black stripe....thanks again guys...

what year? the trans shouldn't have any ecm controls to it in a 3rd gen.
