Can you explain this?

Ever since I installed my tranny cooler and reset my TV cable...my 1-2 shifts hard as hell..it chirps the tires and sometimes hits hard when Im doing a slow 2-1 downshift...

When I reset my TV cable..I pushed to button in which releases the cable..then I held the button in and pushed the cable back towards the firewall and released the button....then I moved the throttle braket to WOT...and the cable didnt rachet any....is this correct?

Shouldnt it have moved when I did the WOT..

should I just pull it out a little?

and yes I did add about a pint of TF....

thanks!

cooler tranny fluid = better working tranny or at least longer lasting.

try messing with the tv cable again.

IF the TV cable doesnt rachet out any...does that cause any kind of problem? Could that be why the shifts are so hard now? Even at low throttle it hits pretty hard for my 1-2.....other than that my shifts are fine.
Oh and when its down shifting, the 2-1 seems pretty hard too..

I'll try it again but if it doesnt move on its own should I manually move it out some?
