1990 RS Camaro w/V6 : Transmission was fine one day and the
next day won't shift out of first gear. Have reverse tried shifting
manually , oh yeah forgot to say tranny is automatic W/ overdrive.
Dropped crossmember and pan, changed fluid and filter,adjusted
tv cable,checked all electrical plugs going to tranny anybody have
an idea what my problem might be? Any help is humbly appreciated.Thanx

 

If this happened all at once, then it is most likely a broken/stripped governor gear. Remove the governor & inspect.
