Where is the lockup connector plug on the 700R4?
I'm trying to wire my lockup to a manual switch since I got rid of the TPI, I went under my car and couldn't find the connector on either side of the trans. I only saw trans flud lines on the passenger side. I didn't see any connector or wires coming from it.

Drivers side of the transmission. It actually located on a small 2in tower casting near the back. If you look at the gear selctor lever and work back you will see a plastic peice poking up before you reach the tailhousing.

The only line I noticed was a 1/4"diamter plastic tube that ran along the chassis then plugged ALL the way in the back of the trans near the tail. Was that it? It wasn't a "plug". It looked like it screwed off. Will I have to cut that line, put 12v from a switch to that connector then screw it back in?
