b&m torque arm mount...IM lost!!!!

I lost the directions to my th350 changeover but it all looks just about too simple. I already have the trans mounted and all and now Im finnishing up by putting the torque arm mount on but now I cant find instructions. I already have the outer torque arms mount from gm. Now for my question. Do I use the inside mount or just the new outside? Im talking about the inside mount that has the long stud thats about 5 or 6 inchs long. DO I even use that one? Help illustrate this for me.

Thanks

i used the old inside mount and the new piece goes on the outside.i removed the crossmember to let the tranny down. its easier to get to the tailhousing that way.its been awhile but 1 of the bolts is replaced by a stud.the top 2 and bottom left hold the bracket to the tailshaft. theres also a bracket to mount the tranny mount to.
