I`ve recently installed the Tci manual valve body for the th350 trans.The problem im having is i cant tell whether its going into 3-2-1.I have the car on jack stands, reverse works but when i put it into 3-2-1 i cant tell/feel the difference between gear positions.Could it be that the 10 inch converter somewhat hiding the shifts.im trying to refrain from driving it on the streets cause i have open headers and expired plates ,but if i have to i will.

 

Compare the readings of the speedo and the tach in each gear.

 

my speedometer is not hooked up.
