please help:: car will not move in Drive.
when i start my camaro and put it in drive it does not move, well if it is on level ground it will creep VERY LITTLE. i have to put it in first gear to get moving, then i can put it in drive and it is fine until i slow down(approx. 10mph and slower) then it will act like it is in neutral, until i put it in first gear again. it was running fine, but just out of the blue it started to act up, so i had the filter and oil changed, but didn't make a difference. please help.

Sounds like you need a new transmission. Yours has worn-out forward clutches or a failed lip seal for that piston. I doubt there's a quick fix for that.

actually I had the same problem, and except for the little bit of creep i think it's a broke scrag in the tranny, since you have 4th eventually i dont think it's the clutches, but i'm not a big tranny guy, just had a similar problem. tranny shop fixed it for $250 since i brought the tranny in.
