5spd swap, which flywheel, H or G??

Called the local parts store, asked for a flywheel for an '84 Camaro v8/5spd. They ask if I need the H vin code, or G vin code Which one do I need to bolt a '91 5spd trans. to a '77 350?

Either one would work.

Use the G one. That's the lighter one.
